How to Log Renewal Scholarship Service Hours

  • Click here to log your hours online.

    • Click on the ASC LOGIN button on the right hand column

    Enter your last name and UID as your password in the log in box

    Click on the ASC icon

    Click on Submit a Report

    Enter your service and contact information for the project supervisor. Supervisor phone numbers and emails will be used to verify your service.

    Record which type of service you have completed: UCLA or LA Community Service.

     

  • Be sure to keep track of your remaining balance. All service must be completed and recorded into the online system by May 21, 2012. Service hours completed or recorded after May 21 will not be accepted.
