Locks of Love

Since 2007, UCLA students, staff, faculty, alumni, and friends have come together once a year to donate their hair to Locks of Love, an organization that creates wigs for children suffering from medical-related hair loss. Last year, over 200 donors gave over 2,500 inches of hair! This year, ASC's Locks of Love event will be held at the James West Alumni Center on February 2, 2012, from 10-6. Come donate your hair and receive a free haircut from a Vidal Sassoon stylist, plus free food from BJ's and a free Locks of Love t-shirt!

Visit this page to sign up for an appointment. Hair must be ten inches or longer to donate. If you cannot donate your hair at the event, feel free to bring in pre-cut hair in a plastic bag the day of the event and receive free food and a t-shirt.
