BingChow Chen
Scholar Relations Director
3rd Year
Major(s): Political Science & Philosophy

BingChow makes up one half of the awesome directors that is the Scholar Relations Committee. In the long run, he hopes to attend law school and one day become a prosecution attorney. He has been actively involved with the Alumni Scholars Club and Delta Tau Delta Fraternity since his freshman year. His interests include anything sports related: football, basketball, whatever. He enjoys candlelight dinners and long walks on the beach. When he says long walks on the beach, he means LONG walks on the beach. He has met plenty of people who claim to like long walks on the beach, but it'll be barely an hour before they start in with "I'm tired" and "Don't you think it's time we head back?" Bring a tent.

Role

The scholar relations director implements activities to encourage social bonding and cohesion among Alumni Scholars and participation in ASC activities in general. Responsibilities include planning quarterly meetings, ASC Adventures, and periodic social events.

Abby Sassoon
Scholar Relations Director
2nd Year
Major(s): Political Science

Abby loves music, tennis, surfing, and theater. Outside of ASC, she is involved in the Symphonic Band, the University Chorus, and the Bearing Witness Program. She loves learning languages and wants to travel the world someday. Eventually, she hopes to work for the U.S. Department of State.
