Asya Cara Hollins

Major(s): Engineering

NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory. But her love for music and art by no means left. She started her own a cappella group known as Deviant Voices and remains actively involved in UCLA Opera Chorale as well as Student Leader Advocates of Music (SLAM!) teaching inner-city high school students musical theatre in her free time. When not found at rehearsal or with nose deep in a book, you can find her excitedly talking about her plans to build the very first functional light saber and how she really wishes she was Nightcrawler. She also doubles as a Will Ferrell encyclopedia. "Shake and bake!"

Role

The Dr. Ralph J. Bunche Director coordinates programs and service projects for Bunche scholars, including recruitment programs for prospective UCLA students.
